Drawing inspiration from the magic of Christmas, Dimitris Chronopoulos presents a brunch menu of sweet creations that capture the festive spirit of the season. Spice-infused pears, quinces simmered in red wine, an elegant Sacher framboise, chestnut yule log, along with imaginative desserts inspired by Christmas, come together in a menu rich in flavor, color, and holiday warmth.
