Athénée welcomes beloved pastry chefs once again this year, each bringing their own sweet signature to its much-loved, talk-of-the-town Sunday Brunch.

Kicking off the new season on Sunday, October 18, is renowned pastry chef Stelios Parliaros, with a concept dedicated to the most irresistible little moments of happiness.

Celebrated for his exceptional technique and creativity, the distinguished pastry chef will present unique sweet creations that showcase the elegance of contemporary pastry-making through a delightful interplay of textures, flavors, and sensations.

The culinary experience continues on Sunday, October 25, and Sunday, November 1, inviting guests to indulge in Stelios Parliaros’ inspired creations in an atmosphere of cosmopolitan elegance and pure indulgence.

Alongside these exquisite desserts, guests will also have the opportunity to discover Athénée’s new brunch and lunch dishes, curated by award-winning chef Nikos Skliras, where creativity, flavor, and exceptional ingredients come together.
