Athénée, continuing its collaborations with top pastry chefs for its Sunday brunch, which are an institution, welcomes Panettone’s maître, Antonis Selekos, for the most delicious Sunday Brunch.

The pastry chef who introduced us to the Italian ritual of the fluffy, sourdough panettone, with curing doughs and fine raw materials, brings the unique world of panettone to Athénée from Sunday 11 January and every Sunday until 28 January.

Caramelized hazelnuts, fruits of the forest, carrot, salted caramel with salt blossom, but also the timeless chocolate meet the signature panettone of Antonis Selekos, creating a collection of sweets that unfolds exclusively in the brunch menu of Athénée.

With years of experience in high-end kitchens, Antonis Selekos promises Athénée’s eclectic audience an unforgettable culinary experience, where Italian tradition meets modern pâtisserie, at the most cosmopolitan Sunday brunch in the city, at Athénée.
